Outdoor venues inspire a sense of creativity. This beautiful wedding mixed burlap, coral fabric, baby's breath, and vintage books that reminded us of Harry Potter. Our basic rental service includes linens, stemware, flatware, and plates shown here. Note the plates were upside down until the last moment to make sure bugs, leaves, and the occasional rain shower didn't spoil the meal. It was a beautiful day--perfect setting for a very special couple to say "I do!"
If you were assuming burgers and potato salad run the show at an outdoor wedding, think again! With our commercial outdoor kitchen, we are able to pull off gourmet dishes, including this salad with organic baby greens, toasted almonds, goat cheese, and fresh pears marinated in citrus dressing. Yum!

 Alder Grove Gardens has a beautiful outdoor bar area, shown above. Perfect for keeping cake and beverages out of the elements, and fitted with electricity and a very cool bar. One of many spectacular outdoor wedding venues in northern California, this site features a pond, a pig pit, and even a zip line through the redwood forest! We especially love working with Pam, who is a pure delight. If your wedding is in the Humboldt County area, this may be just the spot for you!

Clever idea with a covered outdoor area: hang photos in antique frames above the buffet for guests to enjoy. On the menu here, left to right: mashed potato bar with assorted toppings, couscous stuffed peppers, grilled wild caught salmon wrapped and infused with organic greens, Bloody Mary tri tip, and baby greens with goat cheese, almonds, and citrust marinated pears.

 Wild caught salmon wrapped in greens make a scrumptious and healthy bbq entree! Preheat the grill for 15 minutes, and keep the heat low, and grill just until the fish flakes in the center with a fork, around ten minutes. Be prepared for charred greens, which guests easily peel off. The greens leave a lovely tea-infused aroma on the fish. Mmmm!

 Front of House Manager, Matt, shown at left, flashes his winning smile amidst a thunder storm-drenched wedding. We repeatedly dodged hail, tucked delicate centerpieces safely out of harm's way, and  washed stemware with a garden hose by the light of the midnight moon, laughing all the while.

Our seasoned staff keeps the mood happy, fun, and lively while running an efficient, helpful kitchen. We love to serve ample portions of fabulous ingredients--on time--and we just keep on dancing until the last crumb has been savored.
