Summer time, and the cooking's easy!

Humboldt County summers are full of gorgeous produce, inspiring fresh and smoky flavors. Heirloom tomatoes make the most incredible Caprese Grilled Pizzas, Tomato Basil Salad, and BLTs. Willow Creek grilled peaches are to die for, and the Veggie Wagon offers crisp, sun-ripened local vegetables for kebabs, stir fries, and salads. Sugary sweet watermelons for our Grecian watermelon Salad make eating with wellness in mind a sweet treat--without added sugar.  

Summer cooking starts in June, with a plethora of wedding catering ingredients stocking our refrigerators, so stay tuned for our bounty-celebrating menu options! We look forward to making your summer staycation an affordable, delectable treat!
